I think your agenda is the most important, and I will keep us on track too.I won't take your trust lightly - your trust in me is paramount to a successful therapeutic relationship.
I use a blend of models such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Attachment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I encourage attunement to the body in sessions, and connecting sensory, mental, and emotional experiencing.
